CLP Meetings

All CLP Meetings are held in Frontenac's City Hall

  1. The Board of Alderpersons will hold a special meeting to appoint a new member to the Board of Adjustment (BZA) and appoint a hearing officer/adviser to the Board of Adjustment at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 23, 2019 in the upstairs Training Room at Frontenac City Hall.

  2. The Board of Alderpersons's next regular  meeting is planned for 7 p.m. on Monday, April 29, 2019.  Meeting packets which include the previous meeting's draft minutes, financial reports, Administrators' reports, etc. are available at each Board meeting.  If you couldn't attend and want an electronic copy, send an e-mail to the City Clerk who will send you a PDF file.

  3. The P&Z / ARB WILL NOT MEET  in April.

  4.  The Board of Zoning Adjustment (BZA) will meet at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 25, 2019 at the Frontenac City Hall (10555 Clayton Road) on the petition of James Hayes and Erin O’Neill Hayes appealing the decision of the Building Commissioner to issue a Construction Permit associated with the property located at 2100 Bopp Road. Such appeal is filed pursuant to Chapter 420 Board of Adjustment of the Municipal Code of the City of Crystal Lake Park.  A Notice of Public Hearing and the meeting Agenda have been posted in the front yard at 2100 Bopp Road, on the CLP Bulletin Board and the Frontenac City Hall Bulletin Board and in Announcements on the CLP website.
  • The Planning & Zoning Commission / Architectural Review Board (P&Z / ARB) meets at 7:00 p.m. on the Second Thursday of the month, but ONLY if there are plans to review or Agenda items to address.
  • The Board of Alderpersons  (BOA) meets at 7:00 p.m. on the Fourth Monday of the month.
  • The Board of Adjustment (BZA) meets at 7:00 p.m. on the Fourth Thursday of the month, but ONLY if there are Variance requests or other items to address.
 Agendas are posted on the web and on the Bulletin Boards on Country Club Drive and at Frontenac City Hall at least 24 hours before any meeting.
