Trash Talk

Please Note: When there is inclement weather and Waste Connections does not run its trucks, pickups will roll forward as they do after a Trash Holiday.

New Name: As the result of a recent merger, the new name for our refuse collection provider is Waste Connections of Missouri.  A letter was recently sent to all customers.  In case you've misplaced yours, a copy has been posted on the CLP website under Useful Links / Utilities & Services:

If you pay via USPS, you would mail your check using the return envelope that came with your bill. If you were paying online through Progressive's website, you will need to go to Waste Connections' website and setup an account. If you pay through your bank, you will have to add a New Biller using the name and address from the bill. With this new system, four digits were added in front of your account number.

The normal trash collection days are:

 CLP The Willows
 
  • Monday--Yard Waste pickup  (year round)
 
  • Monday--Yard Waste pickup  (year round)
 
  • Tuesday--Recycle and Trash pickup
 
  • Wednesday--Recycle and Trash pickup (beginning 4-3-2017)
 
  • Friday--Trash pickup for those subscribing to two pickups per week.
 
  • Friday--Trash pickup for those subscribing to two pickups per week.
  
  • CLP pays for two pickups per week in Hunter Park (Tuesdays & Fridays).
Six Trash Holidays are observed: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independencd Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day (If any of them come on the weekend, there will be no change in the collection schedule).

Reminder: Residents are allowed to have one large item picked up per week, but must call Customer Service at least 24 hours in advance to arrange for it.  There could be some restrictions on appliances such as refrigerators if the refrigerant has not been removed.
