FRAUD POLICY

The City of Crystal Lake Park encourages vigilance in its citizens in their awareness of the conditions which may allow FRAUD, WASTE or ABUSE to exist in City government.  If you suspect that fraud, waste or abuse is occurring in the City, please make a confidential report to the City Clerk’s office at 314-993-1160 today.

A City citizen or other member of the public who suspects dishonest or fraudulent activity can notify the City Clerk’s office, or the Mayor if the conduct is believed to involve the City Clerk.  Callers may remain anonymous if they wish. All information received will be treated in a confidential manner, including the name of the reporting person if so desired by that person to the extent permitted by law.  The City will conduct an appropriate investigation of the alleged fraud and or other similar improprieties.
