Lake Park requires that an Occupancy Inspection be performed and an
Occupancy Permit be issued whenever a residence is being sold or rented

At the January 11, 2010 meeting, the Board of Alderpersons adopted Design Guidelines
that the Architecture Review Board will apply on a case-by-case basis
to new construction and renovation of homes in CLP.

In April 2009, a new guideline document was developed to help residents
determine when they're required to obtain Building Permits and how
to obtain them:

The CLP Building Inspector is using a checklist to alert residents about
existing or potential maintenance problems. Residents can also contact
the Building Inspector to request an informal inspection or to ask
specific questions:
