Inspections and Occupancy Permit Requirements

Note to Real Estate and Leasing Agents: Crystal Lake Park requires that an Occupancy Inspection be performed and an Occupancy Permit be issued whenever a residence is being sold or rented to a new tenant. Please contact Building Inspector Neil Cantwell to obtain more information or for scheduling.
