Inspections, Occupancy Permit and Sewer Lateral Requirements

Note to Real Estate and Leasing Agents: Crystal Lake Park requires that an Occupancy Inspection be performed and an Occupancy Permit be issued whenever a residence is being sold or rented to a new tenant. Please contact Building Commissioner Jon Jespersen to obtain more information or for scheduling. Please note that there is a $100 inspection fee; the fee must be paid prior to scheduling an inspection. Please make checks payable to the City of Crystal Lake Park.

Permits are no longer needed for Garage Sales.
