BOA MEETINGS - CANCELLED - JULY 28, 2025 & AUGUST 25, 2025
At the January 11, 2010, meeting, the Board of Alderpersons adopted Design Guidelines that the Architectural Review Board will apply on a case-by-case basis to new construction and renovation of homes in CLP. The Design Guidelines were first revised in April 2013 to include minimum standards for vinyl siding. In 2021 and 2022, the Architectural Review Board conducted multiple work sessions to revise the Design Guidelines in their entirety. On April 25, 2022, the Board of Alderpersons held a public hearing regarding the revisions to the Design Guidelines. On May 23, 2022, The Board of Alderpersons approved the revised Design Guidelines via Ordinance 647. On April 17, 2025, the Planning & Zoning Commission recommended to the Board of Alderpersons amendments to the Design Guidelines. On April 28, 2025, the Board of Alderpersons held a public hearing regarding revisions to the Design Guidelines in regard to grading and drainage design considerations.
